Refund/Exchange Rules
1. After the order is submitted, no changes can be made, so customers must verify the content of the order
Customers please transfer according to the actual amount on the order
The company will not be responsible for any man-made payment errors (such as wrong transfer to other accounts, etc.). Please check it out.
2. All sold/shipped goods cannot theoretically be returned or exchanged, including changing styles, colors or sizes
For other exchangeable situations, please refer to clause-3
3. Five-day refund/exchange service
The company has checked all the goods before shipment
Therefore, all sold/shipped goods are theoretically non-refundable/exchangeable, except for:
One: Shipping problems caused by our company, including loss of shipment and damage to the goods during the shipment (if the goods are damaged, they can only be replaced)
Two: The company’s human error, including the quantity, style, color or size of the wrong goods.
In case of (1) shipping problems caused by our company, customers may need to provide relevant certificates, the details are determined according to the actual situation
If due to the company's (2) human error, the wrong goods must be sent back to the company without any additional flavor, brand new, unopened tag, well packaged, and no additional flavor.
If you need to process a refund/exchange, please notify the company as soon as possible within five days of signing for the goods (subject to our company’s records), and return the goods and the completed return form to our company via SF Express , Overdue will not be accepted. After receiving the returned item, the company will arrange refund/exchange as soon as possible
For all postage incurred by our company, our company will bear all the necessary expenses
4. If you use SF Express as the shipping method, you agree to the company's terms and conditions for express delivery
